• Performes end-to-end staffing process (Screening, hiring, and deployment) based on clients requirements.
• Discharges the payroll and benefits management, and the remittances of goverment mandatories of its projects employees.
• Monitors and manages the deployment and performance pf its project employees (attendance, timekeeping, and recording, performance evaluations).
• Undertakes orientation and re-orientation seminars to its project employees regularly.
• Provides a coordinator to visit and inspect the site and monitor our project employees regularly.
